All orders will be processed the next three business day at latest. You can find a tracking number for your order in your shipping confirmation email. We also offer store pick up, just make sure to choose ‚In Store Pick Up‘ when checking out.

Returns

In order for us to offer the best service possible we kindly ask you to notify us via email ([email protected]) should you wish to return any purchased items.

If you made your order Online:

Items may be returned within 30 days from receiving the goods. Our address for all returns is HOMEGIRLS STORE, Reichenbachstraße 43, 80469 München. Subject to stock availability, we can exchange items that are returned to us within the aforementioned timeframe.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

For customers you have to cover the shipping charges when returning an item. If the product is damaged or different size then ordered we will accept responsibility or refund such costs. Otherwise it is your responsibility and you will have to pay the return costs. We recommend using an insured shipping method with a tracking number. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once we have received your return. 

Returns will only be accepted when all items in question are returned in new, unused condition and with all tags attached. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Worn items will not be accepted. Shoes returned without their original box will not be accepted. Shoe boxes are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged. Please email [email protected] upon day of receipt if any of your items have been delivered without original tags. We strongly advise all customers to check items thoroughly upon receipt before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
